What I've built

Companies and products I've founded and built since 2010, and the operating roles that sharpened them. Different industries, one approach: find the real problem, build the system that solves it, and turn it into a business.

Things I've built

Each one started with something I noticed that wasn’t working.

  • Clout

    • Thought leadership
    • Content
    • Founders

A thought leadership platform that turns everyday, off-the-cuff ideas into content for founders and executives.

Why it exists People with something to say usually already have the ideas. They sit scattered across voice notes, texts, and emails, and the moment passes before they become anything.

  • Lia

    • Reputation
    • Hospitality
    • AI

Approval-first reputation management for hotels, restaurants, and service businesses. Lia monitors reviews, Reddit, and press, and drafts responses in the owner’s voice. Nothing goes out without a person’s approval.

Why it exists Drafting a reply is the easy part. The real work is knowing which reviews deserve one, which need a manager first, and which to leave alone, and that’s where a generic AI assistant does damage.

  • Mastline

    mastline.co, external site
    • Media
    • Licensing
    • Operations

A business operating system for paparazzi and entertainment photographers, covering pitching, licensing, delivery, and unlicensed-use detection.

Why it exists Folders, portals, and email forget where a picture went, what it earned, and how it may be used. In Mastline, every picture carries its own record.

  • Deep Retail

    deepretail.io, external site
    • Retail
    • AI
    • Analytics

AI, affective computing, and deep learning solutions that help retailers understand shopper behavior, reduce shrinkage, and build loyalty and revenue.

Why it exists Decisions about in-store displays and activations carry a lot of uncertainty. Data can test them before the money is spent.

Systems I've helped scale

Sometimes I start the company. Sometimes I join one that already exists and rebuild the system underneath the problem. The method stays the same: find the real problem, design the system, test it, and make it pay.
